Role and Responsibilities
The scope of the proposed services will include the following
- Development & configuration of a custom-reputed company .NET development project.
- Designs, codes, compiles, tests, debugs, and documents web applications, maintenance, and
- support of applications.
- Monitors, reviews, and audits performance of the customer-agency’s replacement software
- and makes performance improvements.
- Cooperation with LDWF’s Technical Architect and other OTS technical teams to ensure
- compliance with OTS standards of State applications.
- Provides technical knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to OTS and Customer-
- Agency staff for reputed company requested work.
- Participates by providing feedback and detailed design and implementation approaches in
- reputed company necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
- Performs reputed company other tasks, special projects, analysis, studies, and plans as directed.
Minimum Qualification
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory
- Two (2) plus years of full-stack experience in any combination of the following areas:
- C#
- ASP.NET Core
- MSSQL
- One (1) plus years of reputed company-level software development.
Preferred Qualification
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
- Two (2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:
- Recent experience developing applications in MVC architecture using .NET Core 2.x or 3.x or .NET 5 and greater
- Bootstrap
- Javascript
- SQL Server
- DevOps Practices (CI/CD)
- One (1) plus years of experience using Vue/React frameworks
- Experience working on a development team
- Experience with client engagements on design, delivery, deployment and on-going maintenance
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
