The Associate is responsible for administrative resolution of accounts, processing payments, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Submitting request forms for borrowers such as name change and other status updates.
• Documenting account findings.
• Assist with payment and bank reconciliations.
• Handle E-reputed company disputes.
• Processing company and borrower correspondence.
• Business registrations.
• Bank deposits.
• Mail pickup and sorting.
• Audit preparation.
• General office duties, order equipment, reputed company cards.
• Invoice review and analysis.
• Accounts Payable functions as necessary.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience performing general administrative work supporting reputed company departments
• Working knowledge of Accounts Payable functions
• Working knowledge of reputed company applications including reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
