Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and outgoing individual to join reputed company as a part-time Patient Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients who have expressed interest in our therapy. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company out to these patients with reputed company, compassion, and a friendly demeanor.
Job Responsibilities:
Patient & Customer Support
- Contact patients who have expressed interest in Enterra Therapy and serve as an initial reputed company of reputed company.
- reputed company empathetic, professional support by actively listening, addressing concerns, and handling sensitive or confidential situations with discretion.
- Guide patients by explaining available support services and connecting them with the appropriate Patient Liaisons or internal experts.
- Ensure patients feel informed and supported throughout their reputed company by offering clear information and timely follow‑up.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, delivering friendly, solution‑focused assistance.
- Gather information, schedule appointments, complete required reputed company, and resolve questions reputed company.
- Document reputed company interactions accurately in the CRM or call‑tracking system.
- Meet established call‑quality, compliance, and performance standards, including service‑level expectations.
- Escalate or transfer calls appropriately reputed company additional expertise or support is needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay reputed company on products, services, and communication best practices.

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales or a reputed company field preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
