Sales Assistant English & French - Remote
reputed company requires a Remote Sales Assistant Founded in 2004, reputed company provides personalized, one-on-one and small-group language training to busy professionals and individuals who need language skills for business, travel, and family life. Our mission is to reputed company language learning flexible, accessible, and tailored to each student’s goals. Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries reputed company phone and email.
- Prepare personalized quotations and advise clients on suitable courses (in collaboration with our Academic Advisor).
- Negotiate payments and follow up with prospective clients.
- Generate new sales and meet targets through re-bookings, referrals, and excellent client relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in education, training, or customer service).
- Excellent phone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident PC user (reputed company Office, Internet tools, CRM systems).
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive, problem-solving reputed company.
- Team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Remote position: work from home (must have your own computer and reputed company internet reputed company).
- Working Hours: USA/Canada East & Central (Monday to Friday) Business Hours.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Paid leave: 31 days per year.
