Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support the financial operations of reputed company. The ideal candidate will have strong reputed company knowledge, be highly organized, and capable of working independently in a dynamic remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reputed company transactions and bookkeeping.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Monitor company budgets and reputed company insights on financial performance.

• Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance.

• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare for audits as needed.

• Ensure compliance with reputed company standards, policies, and regulations.

• Identify areas for process improvement in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.

• 1+ years of experience in reputed company or finance role (experience in a digital agency or tech company is a plus).

• Proficiency in reputed company software (QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards in the Philippines.
