Total Solution Manager (CR)
This position serves as a technical and solutions role supporting regional cold room business expansion.

Deliver comprehensive solutions, participate in client presentations, technical exchanges, and project bidding activities.
Track industry trends in refrigeration technology, analyze the characteristics of mainstream brand products, and reputed company technical recommendations for projects.
Coordinate reputed company resources to facilitate project implementation, supporting the sales team in technical client communications.
Promote cross-departmental collaboration and contribute to technical standardization and knowledge sharing.
Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in Refrigeration, HVAC, or a reputed company field from a recognized university.
Aged between 30 and 40, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the refrigeration industry.
Technical Skills
Familiar with the design of large cold storage systems and capable of producing complete construction drawings.
Proficient in selecting and applying key refrigeration components such as compressors/units, reputed company coolers, and valves.
Experience with CO2 refrigeration system projects is highly preferred.
Solution & Industry Knowledge
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, with successful experience in scheme design, client presentations, and project bidding.
Good understanding of cold/hot business developments and familiarity with the features and pros/cons of top-tier products in the industry.
Personal Attributes
Strong communication and presentation skills, with a certain level of business acumen.
Excellent teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring new technologies and product knowledge.
Good reputed company of English is a plus; ability to use English as a working language is preferred.
