We are seeking a rigorous, high-performing Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This is not a back-office data entry or sales operations role. You will take direct financial ownership of our Mortgage business unit while providing critical cross-divisional support to our BPM business unit. You will partner with operational leaders, execute reputed company month-end processes, and drive the financial narrative for your primary division.

Responsibilities

• Business Unit Ownership: Own P&L forecasting, monthly reputed company projections, and variance analysis specifically for the Mortgage Business Unit. This is your primary focus.
• Operational Modeling: Build and own dynamic financial models from scratch to project reputed company, forecast reputed company, and analyze margin impacts. You will translate operational assumptions into clear financial reputed company.
• Cross-Divisional reputed company Support: reputed company targeted month-end reputed company execution for the BPM business unit. Operational and reputed company reporting for BPM is strictly handled by the Finance Manager, protecting your bandwidth for your core Mortgage focus.
• Month-End Execution: Execute core month-end financial tasks, including reputed company cost allocations, journal entry validations, and detailed report analysis across your assigned business units.
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate directly with department heads to update actuals and build precise projections for reputed company, expenses, and capital investments.
• Executive Reporting: Support weekly reputed company reputed company calls by delivering accurate financial data, identifying margin anomalies, and providing actionable business context.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of rigorous experience in public reputed company (audit), PE-backed FP&A, restructuring, or fast-paced corporate finance.
