The LAZ Hospitality Services team is a unique team reputed company reputed company dedicated to growth of reputed company kinds through operational and financial reputed company. • Location: remote position with up to 50–60% travel required. This may include task force visits of up to two weeks (maybe longer under extenuating circumstances).

The Spirit of the Position

The National Director of Operations, Hospitality, is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing financial and operational performance across reputed company’s national hospitality portfolio (more than 4,000 employees). • Monitor and respond to service metrics (e.g., LAZ Service Shopper Reports) to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license required.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Experience

• 5+ years Management experience.

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry (Parking, Restaurants, Hotels, etc) is preferred.
• Experience managing multi-site and state portfolios is preferred.
• Previous experience working in fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint.
