Yours Truly Home Care & Nursing is seeking a compassionate and reputed company Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated home health care team. We are a local and family owned provider of home care & nursing services in the Greater Richmond area.

In this role, you will reputed company one-on-one, personalized nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored nursing care reputed company with each client’s care plan.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, under RN supervision.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and report any concerns or potential risks.
• Maintain and monitor medical equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Manage and organize medical supplies, including reordering as necessary.
• Assist clients with attending medical appointments, ensuring continuity of care.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the supervising RN.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of reputed company services provided.

Pay Details

Varies by qualification, complexity and hours worked per week

• Typical Weekly Pay: $1200-$2200 Gross
• Hourly Pay reputed company: $30 – $35 per hour

Overtime: 1.5x hourly reputed company after 40 hours/week

Requirements

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• reputed company and valid LPN license in the reputed company.
• CPR Certification
• Completed TB Test
• Valid Driver’s License and reputed company reputed company/Birth Certificate
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health, residential, or long-term care

Preferred Experience:

• Care for pediatric, geriatric, or special needs clients (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilator care).
• Strong soft skills: compassion, reliability, attention to detail, and communication
• BLS Certification (preferred)
