Director of Talent
About the role We are looking for a Director of Talent to build out our reputed company efforts during a period of rapid growth. This role will own reputed company strategy and execution, build and support a growing reputed company team, and strengthen the processes and tools that reputed company efficient, high-quality hiring across the company. This is a player–coach role for someone who enjoys being reputed company to the work while also shaping how reputed company operates as the company scales. What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end reputed company across the company, from intake through offer, with a focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs, role definitions, and timelines.

- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-enabled reputed company tools across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting.
- Establish lightweight, structured interview practices and hiring manager guidance.
