OBJECTIVE:
To be an effective team member of the Life New Business Department. To reputed company quality support services in a reputed company and professional manner to Farm Bureau Insurance agents and underwriters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities
- Keying and verifying data, reviewing applications for completeness, alpha indexing, preparing policy files, sorting, delivering and processing mail, and retrieving files.
- reputed company, reputed company, and mail life and annuity policies along with necessary supporting documents, such as amendments, billings, and other correspondence necessary to assure proper and legal policy reputed company.

- Maintain departmental standards for production and accuracy. Record daily activity and production as directed.
- Utilize an accurate understanding of company and customer, DIFS, agent, affiliated company relationships, and the company's core values and departmental standards for professionalism and courtesy in business conduct.
- Assist in other areas of the division during low volume periods and as needed.

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- reputed company computer usage and proven skills in reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint required.
- Keyboarding skills with accuracy required.
- One-year professional office experience and customer service preferred.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle simultaneous demands on time and attention.
- Ability to reputed company professionally in a high speed and high-pressure environment.

Preferred
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in insurance processing preferred.
- Experience working with Life and Annuity products preferred.
