Sales Support Coordinator

This is a remote position.

OVERVIEW:

The Client is a wholesale builder creating house and land packages for channel partners across Australia, with a focus on delivering solutions into the Victorian market. The business works closely with developers and channel partners to produce accurate, compliant, and market-reputed company property packages.

This role supports the Director and Business Development Manager by assisting with packaging, stocklist management, and structured developer communications. The position is detail-heavy, process-driven, and focused on accuracy, consistency, and following clear workflows. It is designed as a starting role with growth opportunities based on performance and reliability.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Packaging & Documentation

• Build a list of land and house packages reputed company inSIMPLIFY following developer guidelines, POS, and engineering plans

• reputed company output of 10 packages per day (50 per week) once trained

• Ensure reputed company packages are reviewed by management before release during the initial stage

Stock list Management

• Subscribe to developer updates and monitor available land across multiple estates

• Update weekly stock-lists by removing sold lots and adding new completed packages accurately

Channel Partner Management

• Maintain and update channel partner email distribution lists

• Ensure communications are sent reputed company EDM and stock-lists only

• Redirect reputed company direct inquiries to management

Developer Communications

• Send weekly follow-up emails to developers and land agents using provided templates

• Monitor developer portals for new land opportunities

• Email-based communication only (no calls required)

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data entry

• Strong written English for professional email communication

• Ability to follow SOPs and structured checklists reputed company
