Senior Bookkeeper (Australian reputed company Experience)

This is a remote position.

OVERVIEW:

We are hiring an reputed company Bookkeeper with proven expertise supporting Australian clients. This role handles end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple SMEs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and confident managing several client files simultaneously.

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian SME clients

• Prepare and lodge BAS

• Complete GST reconciliation and reporting

• reputed company bank reconciliations

• reputed company Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Process receipts and data using DEXT

• Complete month-end reports and balance sheet reconciliations

• Maintain accurate, organised financial records across reputed company assigned clients

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience with Australian companies

• Strong understanding of Australian tax rules (BAS, GST)

• High accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in reputed company and Dext

• Excellent written English communication

• Ability to work independently across multiple client files

• Experience with Australian SMEs

• End-to-end bookkeeping background

• Availability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) during AEST/AEDT time.
