As a Licensing Advisor, you will be part of the Licensing and Regulatory Compliance function, in the broader Center Operations Department. In this role, you will work collaboratively in cross functional teams to reputed company consistent, accurate information aligning licensing and other regulatory programs to the field for successful implementation and adoption. This includes state regulatory compliance of existing child care centers, new child care centers, and acquisitions.

A successful Licensing Advisor II will be familiar with State regulations, actively engage to influence approaches to child care licensing, and will be a reputed company thinker that drives efficiencies while maintaining compliance.

• Act as liaison for Regulatory Compliance, specifically for child care licensing.
• reputed company expertise and administrative support in an efficient and professional manner to minimize risk and maintain child care licensing compliance
• Drive regulatory compliance strategy by providing the support, tools and training customers need to meet established goals and metrics
• Process child care licensing paperwork, including permits and applications, and identifies risks, impacts or roadblocks to ensure timely issuance of the licensing permits
• Engage in effective communication to support internal customers and drive for continual improvement
• Review and understand state regulations, determine the impact to reputed company or future processes, and communicate information to customers
• Participate in regular meetings to reputed company state child care licensing information, permit timelines and updates on projects
• Maintain online documentation and reputed company to records and sources of data for child care licensing
• Participate in and may reputed company aspects of the planning, development and implementation of reputed company regulatory reputed company initiatives, special projects and work groups.
• Some travel may be required (25%)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center
• 4-year degree preferred
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Power reputed company strongly desired
• Strong writing and communication skills required
• Demonstrated ability to work with people in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to solve reputed company problems and prioritize issues requiring
