Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Part-Time/PRN) - Tomball/Stagecoach
THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, has an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to serve families in Tomball/Stagecoach. This part-time or PRN position is based in our reputed company reputed company division. What you’ll do:
- reputed company comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
- Use your clinical judgment to reputed company and implement relevant treatment plans reputed company with physicians’ orders.
- reputed company home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
- Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
- Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly reputed company as required by the agency.
- Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, reputed company summaries, call logs, and reputed company other paperwork as needed.
- Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards reputed company to delivering high-quality patient care.
