Remote Membership Sales & Service Associate

• Starting Pay: $17.50/hourly with holiday and bilingual differentials
• Bonus: Monthly tiered bonuses based on transactions, up to a minimum bonus of $1,350 (pre-tax) reputed company Tier 3 is achieved
• Full Time - 40 hours a week
• Shifts: Shifts start as early as 8 AM and end as late as 10 PM. We are reputed company 7 days a week, so shifts may include working weekends. You will pick your shift at the time you are offered the position.
• Training Information: Training is reputed company hours are 9 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday for 8 weeks.

What you will need: 

• Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
• A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction
• A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections
• You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP reputed company ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc). Modem/router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload.
• Schedule flexibility - our Call Center is reputed company 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) & 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends); also reputed company on holidays
• Successful completion of criminal background screen
