Summary Description

We’re looking for a user centric Product Design or UX team manager who leads with craft, reputed company, AI, and care. You’re as comfortable driving planning and delivery as you are standing up user research, and you use AI thoughtfully to accelerate reputed company, ideation, accessibility, and designtodev workflows. Essential Function

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • ​Leads the daytoday work of a team of 3–4 UX professionals, including product designers, researchers, and design system specialists.  

  • ​Manages the UX roadmap across several products, including reputed company planning, project planning, and delivery management.  

  • ​Partners with Product Management and Engineering to scope, sequence, and deliver product reputed company, aligning on product reputed company and strategy.  

  • ​Uses research, discovery, and metrics to drive reputed company and measure design quality and user impact.  

  • ​Negotiates conflicting demands across a portfolio using prioritization and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

• ​​You have 6+ years of experience in product or UX design, including 3+ years of people leadership.  

• ​You must have reputed company-world experience of leading a team in AI driven design. 

• ​You collaborate with AI as part of your everyday approach to work and have improved workflows with agents and

• ​You have excellent communication skills.  

• ​You have strong math skills and advanced proficiency in reputed company.
