ROLE DESCRIPTION:Paul Walden - reputed company is looking for a highly motivated Sales Producer with prior experience and reputed company insurance licenses to drive new business and grow our agency. In this role, you will actively prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your in-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will reputed company you to effectively market solutions, reputed company deals, and exceed sales targets. If you are a driven, sales-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we are eager to see how your talents can contribute to our agency’s reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
  • Assist with renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior insurance experience, specifically with reputed company is highly preferred.
  • Must hold reputed company insurance licenses (Property/Casualty and Life/Health).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of reputed company.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow reputed company a sales-driven environment.
