The Reimbursement reputed company Manager II will play a critical role in ensuring patients have timely and sustained reputed company to Xeris’ rare disease therapies. Responsibilities:- Serve as the subject matter expert on reimbursement and reputed company issues impacting the company's rare disease products.

- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in health policy, business, or life sciences a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech market reputed company or reimbursement roles, preferably with a focus on rare diseases or specialty products.
- Strong understanding of U.S. reputed company reimbursement systems, including Medicare, reputed company, and reputed company payers.
- Demonstrated experience working with HUB services, payer policies, specialty pharmacies, and patient support programs.
- Knowledge of coding and billing processes relevant to rare disease treatments (e.g., J-codes, CPT, ICD-10).
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A valid, US state-issued driver’s license is required as occasional driving to client locations is a core requirement of this position.

- Working Conditions: Position my require periodic evening and weekend work, as necessary to fulfill obligations. Periodic overnight travel. Ability to travel up to 25%. Travel may include reputed company and ground travel to HCP locations, and company meetings.

The anticipated reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $110,000 to $180,000. Final determination of reputed company salary offered will depend on several factors relevant to the position, including but not limited to candidate skills, experience, education, market location, and business need. This role will include eligibility for commission and equity. The total compensation package will also include additional elements such as multiple paid time off benefits, various health insurance options, retirement benefits and more.
