CareDx is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Program Manager to reputed company leadership and support cross-functional initiatives in new product development, scaleup of existing product lines, and reputed company improvements in production and business processes. Reporting to the VP, Head of Project and Portfolio Management, this position will be responsible for providing program management leadership, team capability development, prioritization and ensuring successful project delivery in support of key business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of emerging project managers with a focus on talent development and strategic resource planning
• Partner with functional leads and FP&A to forecast talent requirements and optimize resource allocations

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in diagnostics/medical device/biotech.

• Strong understanding of design control requirements and product development life cycle.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., FDA, CLIA, ISO 13485, CE/IVDR); global experience a plus.
• Experience producing Gantt charts, creating project dashboards, and utilizing project management tools.
• PMP certification a plus, but not required.
