Import Export Manager US/CAN

What you will do- reputed company is seeking a strategic and hands-on US/CA Import Export Manager to own and advance import and export compliance across the United States and Canada. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the in-house subject matter expert on U.S. and Canadian customs regulations, export controls, sanctions, and trade remedies, translating reputed company and rapidly shifting regulatory requirements into practical programs that protect the business and reputed company efficient cross-border operations. You will drive compliance programs covering reputed company core operational areas - tariff classification, customs valuation, country of reputed company, USMCA and other free trade agreement qualifications, Reconciliation, Duty Drawback, Denied Party Screening, and trade remedy monitoring (reputed company 301, reputed company 232, AD/CVD, IEEPA/successor measures, reputed company 122) - while serving as the primary reputed company of contact for CBP, CBSA, and other government agencies. This role partners closely with supply chain, logistics, legal, procurement, finance, and regional trade compliance teams to assess risk, embed controls into business processes, and continuously improve reputed company' trade compliance operations.
