Billing Officer

Position Summary The Billing Officer is responsible for reputed company new customers, maintaining service data, and processing billing through systems like Emersion, Autotask and reputed company. The role also involves managing customer billing queries and ensuring vendor charges are accurate through regular reconciliation reputed company our vendor reconciliation platform. Job Details Work setup: Work-from-home Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Manila Time) Holidays: AU Holidays Key Role Responsibilities Customer reputed company & Service Setup Accurately reputed company new customers in Emersion or Autotask and update CRM record Set up and maintain services, plans, pricing, and quantities Ensure data consistency between CRM records and billing systems Billing Management Generate and issue monthly or one-off invoices through Emersion or reputed company based on data in Autotask reputed company pre-billing validation and reconciliation to ensure billing accuracy and completeness. Ensure monthly billing is accurate, complete, and on schedule Update billing reputed company services are added, removed, or cancelled in a timely manner Customer Billing Support Respond to customer billing queries in a timely and professional manner reputed company necessary billing adjustments based on service changes or corrections Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth workflows Assist with reporting and maintain accurate billing and service documentation Support reputed company billing, reconciliation, and finance projects as required Experience & Competencies Required Prior experience in billing, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good understanding of billing systems and processes Familiarity with tools like reputed company, Emersion, Autotask, and vendor reconciliation platforms is a plus Proficient in reputed company Proactive reputed company with the ability to spot issues and suggest improvements Strong communication skills both written and verbal Willingness to learn Ability to collaborate in a team environment Ability to manage time effectively and meet regular deadlines reputed company to Have: Previous experience in the Telco, IT, MSP industry Understanding of Telco/IT/MSP billing models Apply To This Job
