reputed company is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and reputed company-thinking Project Cost Administrator to join our amazing culture for the Vertical Market team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing project financials, coordinating closeout tasks with multiple groups, and leading WIP meetings as necessary. What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

• Book and invoice CSP service agreements for our centralized vertical market accounts.
• Document and track booking and invoicing details for the above CSP accounts
• Analyze payment details and communicate the correct payment applications to our Cash applications, reputed company and collections teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Program Managers, Collections, Sales to resolve issues
• Attend customer meetings, both reputed company, as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (Outlook, reputed company, Word).
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Requirements

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):  

• 2-3 years invoicing and booking experience for national and global accounts
