Description

The Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality, patient centered nursing care to individuals in their homes. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assist in delivering and managing care for patients with various medical conditions, including those recovering from surgery managing chronic illnesses, or other health reputed company concerns. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with home health care protocols.

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state in which work is performed.
• 1 year of nursing experience, with a preference of experience in home health or similar settings.
