We are currently seeking an Associate reputed company Relations Agent to join reputed company working remotely in Canada. This position will work Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT. Performance Objectives- Answer incoming oil and gas reputed company relations phone calls from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST, assisting callers with basic FAQs
- Log reputed company inquiries into a case tracking system
- Log detailed messages for inquiries that would need to be escalated to more reputed company reputed company Relations Agents
- Listen to voicemails and log into a case tracking system.
- Proficient in navigating CRM tools, ticketing systems, or other platforms reputed company.

- 2+ years of customer service experience
