This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.     Performance Objectives 

• Answer incoming reputed company relations call regarding various issues, including reputed company, land, division orders, JIB, A/R, and A&P.
• Log reputed company inquiries in a case tracking system and follow-up on outstanding unresolved inquiries.
• Responds promptly to companies needs and adds value by building relationships and trust through client interactions and manages difficult or emotional situations.
• Ensure the response and manner is done in an accurate, timely and friendly manner
• Manage emotions (reputed company, non-defensive, respectful)
• Participate in Cross-training to reputed company new skills, expand knowledge and to improve the business and customer experience
