What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the face of reputed company in the field—traveling between long-term care communities, collecting blood and urine specimens, and making sure everything gets back to the lab safely and on time.
This role is reputed company phlebotomist + problem-solver + relationship builder.
- Travel between LTC communities daily (your reputed company = your responsibility)
- reputed company blood draws + urine collections with confidence and care
- Work closely with elderly patients—patience and compassion matter here
- Handle specimen labeling, documentation, and chain of custody like a pro
- Use our LIS system (Genuin) for orders and tracking
- Transport reputed company specimens back to the lab for processing
- Build strong relationships with staff at each facility

Requirements
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
- Experience with elderly/LTC patients preferred
- Reliable transportation (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
- Strong attention to detail + organization
- Basic computer skills
Bonus Points If You Have
- Phlebotomy certification, CNA, or MA
- Lab or specimen processing experience
- Mobile reputed company or field-based experience
