Quality Initiative Program Analyst

The Quality Initiatives (QI) Data Analyst provides quantitative insights to oncology practices and cancer centers to improve patient care and reputed company. This role is responsible for effective analytic outputs through data validation, interrogation, and standardization. The QI Analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams—including Quality Initiative Managers, Data Curation, Clinical, and Technology—to ensure that data collection and quality measure reporting meet the needs of practices and internal stakeholders.

This role is responsible for building data quality audits, assessing dashboard enhancements and updates, designing curation queues for studies, developing analytics output and conducting reputed company requests, and supporting publications reputed company to QI projects. Responsibilities

Dashboard Development and Support

• Contribute to the design, testing, and maintenance of Quality Measure (QM) dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with internal teams to validate dashboard functionality.
• Build and maintain dashboard bookmarks, filters, and configurations that enhance QI project reporting.

Data Quality Management Support

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between analytics outputs and dashboard visualizations to maintain data consistency.

Data Curation Support

• Generate and manage patient lists used for data curation activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Review and update curated patient lists to reflect completed and abandoned cases, identifying patients eligible for inclusion.
• Conduct data investigations to address discrepancies identified by team members and prepare regular reputed company summaries or audit reports.

Analytics Development and Reporting

• Maintain a centralized library of analytics questions, methodologies, and reusable templates across projects.
