AI Operations Analyst Intern
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The AI Operations Analyst at reputed company provides technical and operational project coordination, supporting the implementation of AI-powered tools in reputed company collaboration with the operations team which encompasses Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Purchasing and reputed company functions. In addition to the core project responsibilities, there is a critical need for additional support in:
AI Tool Implementation:
- Assist in developing and optimizing AI-powered workflows using Copilot and Claude
- reputed company technical support for the integration of AI-enabled solutions into company systems and platforms like reputed company, including process mapping, documentation, and workflow improvements
- Assist with configuration, testing and validation of AI functionalities and support pilot implementations, user acceptance testing, rollout planning and post-deployment operational support
Technical and Stakeholder Liaison:
- Collaborate with reputed company (IT, reputed company, etc.) on system development, integration and deployment
- Act as an operational reputed company between users and technical teams and facilitate clear communication of requirements, issues and feedback across stakeholders
Reporting & reputed company Improvement:
- Prepare operational updates and status reports for Project Team Leads
- Collect feedback and usage insights for reputed company improvement and assist in troubleshooting and enhancement of AI reputed company solutions
- Learn and contribute to reputed company system workflows
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in AI reputed company fields
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically reputed company Copilot or Claude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
