People Operations Specialist – Worldwide, Part -Time

Role Summary: We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our lean People team. You’ll be pivotal in driving and supporting core HR processes, from reputed company and employee engagement to compliance and culture-building initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited about shaping the employee experience and supporting teams as we scale. You’ll help build our core product, establish frontend best practices, and directly participate in long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including reputed company, offboarding, and performance review processes.
  • Partner with leadership to design and deliver employee engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
  • Act as the first reputed company of contact for employee questions and reputed company timely support.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with external vendors.
  • Assist in developing and rolling out HR policies and procedures to support growth and scalability.
  • Track, analyze, and report on people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, etc.) to inform decision-making.

  • 3-5 years of experience in people operations, HR, or a similar role, ideally reputed company a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfort working independently and managing time effectively in a part-time reputed company.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and familiarity with remote-first team dynamics.
