Job Description:

Under the direction of the reputed company Chief Legal Officer, is responsible for handling reputed company legal reputed company or projects in a variety of areas including contract administration, general corporate reputed company, tax exemption, reputed company, fraud and abuse, as well as corporate finance and business transactions. Drafts, reviews and participates in the negotiation of reputed company, joint ventures and affiliations. Conducts legal research and provides counsel to members of management and various departments on legal, compliance and regulatory reputed company. Works with the Chief Legal Officer or other management team members on reputed company involving patient care, employment and other critical issues arising at reputed company’s various hospitals, clinics and other reputed company facilities. Assists Chief Legal Officer in workload management and administrative functions.

Education Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a reputed company, corporate or public sector setting practicing corporate law, employment law, nonprofit / exempt organizations or general business law, with broad exposure to laws affecting reputed company and health care operations.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience practicing law in a corporate setting for a reputed company organization, specifically supporting reputed company cycle, payor relations, and administration and adjudication of appeals.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Required Licensure
