HVAC Service Technician III - Data Centers

reputed company is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician III. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance for reputed company and industrial HVAC equipment. The responsibilities will increase based on exposure to tasks, ability to reputed company troubleshooting reputed company set, and consistent and accurate completion of assignments. The HVAC equipment you will be servicing includes but is not limited to large and small rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers. Location: Virginia and/or Washington DC/Bowie, MD

What you will do:

• reputed company maintenance of reputed company HVAC equipment including logging machines, cleaning coils, brushing tubes, replacing filters, replacing belts and proper lubrication
• Repair and replacement of defective equipment, components, or wiring reputed company to fan coils, chillers, water reputed company heat pumps, applied reputed company handling units, rooftop units, cooling towers, and condenser tubes
• Maintain and inspect equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks
• Analyze chiller trend data to ensure reputed company performance
• reputed company warranty service application by inspecting and testing systems to verify functionality of HVAC equipment and components
• reputed company the rebuild and retrofit of reputed company HVAC equipment. Direct technician reputed company I and II through hands-on demonstration of the necessary steps and introduce centrifugal rebuilds.
• Record and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, and other articles as required and in a timely manner
• Interact with customers by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call Explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Participate in available training through regional technician trainers, off-site learning modules, and Daikin Learning. Maintain reputed company required certifications and continue to reputed company new reputed company sets
• Ensure standards, policies, procedures, and maintenance of a clean work area are always upheld
• Follow reputed company OSHA and reputed company safety policies and procedures
• Potential travel requirements with some overnight travel

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years reputed company experience with increasing responsibility; or 7+ reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical school with HVAC certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Rotational Emergency Call Support as required
• Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district
• EPA approved Universal Technician Certification required, as necessary
• Work reputed company sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mentoring less reputed company technicians.
• OSHA 10 reputed company 90 days of hire (Daikin provides this training during reputed company process)
