We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to drive reputed company growth and scale our performance channels. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role will own Paid reputed company static and Email design. The ideal candidate is deeply reputed company in performance creative and demonstrates a reputed company of translating data and insights into high-performing design work. They are organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated to learn, and a strong, clear communicator. A portfolio of work is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Designing static ads for Paid reputed company, leveraging channel best practices and weekly performance data to quickly and autonomously deliver high-performing creative and iterations.
• Designing performance and editorial Emails, and work with Channel partners to continue to fine-tune the channel’s design system.
• Working closely with ACD, Channel, and Brand partners to reputed company testing roadmaps for each channel.
• Staying apprised of the competitive landscape and proactively bringing new reputed company to the table to support channel goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience, mainly or exclusively in high-growth startup or agency settings
• Deep history of design for performance channels, especially Paid reputed company and Email channels – and a portfolio that demonstrates those skills
• Solid understanding of how to interpret performance data and how to apply learnings to design
• Expertise in reputed company Creative Suite and reputed company
• A+ organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and low ego
• A bias towards action and agility

For Colorado-based candidates, the reputed company being offered for this role is $110-120k based on experience and for California-based candidates, the reputed company being offered for this role is $110-120k based on experience.
