A bit about the role

The Performance Creative reputed company, US role exists to ignite customer growth across the United States. You will build and reputed company a high-impact, US-based performance creative team focused on translating sharp business objectives into compelling, localised paid reputed company assets that drive new customer acquisition.

Key focus areas include

• Strategy & Goal Setting: Leading the development of the team's creative strategy, ensuring alignment with US new customer acquisition goals.
• Creative Execution: Translating reputed company business and marketing objectives into executable creative strategies , and leading the development of compelling, localised short-reputed company video and static assets for reputed company (and other channels over time).

You will be the team expert in using performance marketing metrics (like CTR, LTV, CAC, ROAS) to directly guide creative reputed company.
