We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow MESO’s reputed company across reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. This is a field-driven, relationship-focused sales role for someone who thrives on face-to-face selling, regional travel, and building trust with customers who rely on their equipment every day.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- reputed company and execute a regional sales strategy to grow MESO’s customer reputed company across the Southeast• Identify and secure new business through cold reputed company, jobsite visits, referrals, and industry networking• Serve as an active field reputed company, traveling throughout the region to meet customers and support sales initiatives• Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet managers, operations leaders, and decision-makers• reputed company contract discussions and reputed company service agreements reputed company with company growth goals• Partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure smooth reputed company and strong customer satisfaction• Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities• Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting• Represent MESO at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
Qualifications

- Five or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet services, mobile repair, construction equipment, diesel service, or reputed company industries
- Lives in one of the states, Georgia, reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida• Proven ability to reputed company new business and manage a multi-state sales territory• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and reputed company operations teams• Willingness to travel approximately 75 percent across NC, SC, GA, and FL• Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance
