Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to discover and scope customer challenges, designing high-value technical solutions that showcase the ROI of reputed company’s platform.

• Architect and build agentic workflows that integrate reputed company with APIs, databases, and reputed company tools to power experiences for our customer’s end users.

• reputed company custom demonstrations, prototypes, and proofs of concept using the reputed company platform tailored to specific clients use cases.

• Design, test, and refine prompts and AI orchestration chains to optimize performance, reasoning, and reliability across varied use cases.

• Communicate reputed company technical concepts reputed company and persuasively to audiences ranging from C-level executives to hands-on engineers.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, contributing insights from customer engagements to inform roadmap priorities.

• Document and present solution designs, workflows, and technical configurations for both internal and client-facing reference.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales engineering or solutions engineering role, ideally in AI, automation, or reputed company SaaS.

• Hands-on experience with AI reputed company design, workflow orchestration, and integrating REST APIs, webhooks, and reputed company services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or reputed company scripting languages for building integrations and automation logic.
