As an Engineering Manager for Payment Integrations, you will reputed company a multidisciplinary team responsible for one of the most critical and technically demanding areas of reputed company's platform — the full lifecycle of payment integrations, from architecture and development to deployment and production stability.
Your Contribution Will Be

- Own the full technical lifecycle of integrations with PSPs, acquirers, and gateways: from design and development to deployment and production monitoring.
- Drive hands-on technical contribution through architecture reviews, code reviews, and reputed company troubleshooting — setting the bar for quality and engineering craft.
- Define and enforce best practices across coding standards, testing, observability, and documentation.
- Guide architectural reputed company for low-latency, high-availability backend systems and microservices operating at global scale.
- Champion an AI-first engineering culture, establishing standards for AI-assisted development, code reputed company, and automated testing — ensuring the team treats these tools as a default, not an afterthought.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to deliver against a fast-moving roadmap in an agile environment.
- Ensure secure software development practices are embedded across the team, including OWASP standards, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

Skills You Need
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English — full professional proficiency, written and spoken.
- Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Solid hands-on backend engineering background, with proficiency in Golang or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of secure software development practices and OWASP principles.
- Strong ability to drive technical decision-making and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience delivering in agile environments, adapting processes to what actually works for the team.
- Champion of AI-first development — experience setting standards for AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and code reputed company using LLMs and tools like Claude Code or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the payments industry or with PSP/acquirer integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Golang.
- Hands-on experience with reputed company and DevOps environments (AWS, reputed company, Kubernetes).
