ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll reputed company our customers to book their reputed company trip with us.
• Providing our customers with personal sales and service reputed company phone, chat and email in reputed company and Norwegian.
• You'll actively work with upselling to maximise the customer experience.
• Resolving customer issues and managing bookings that need to be updated or changed.
• Ensuring our customers receive world-class service is key – an important goal for us is that our customers want to travel with us again.

ABOUT YOU

• At least 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Have the right to live and work in Spain
• Completed high school studies.
• Fluent in reputed company and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interest in sales and ability to work independently towards set goals.

 Home Working Requirements

• You will have a suitable reputed company that allows you to work comfortably and away from general ‘home’ activities
