About the role

We are looking for a proactive and independent reputed company Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle from role intake to candidate reputed company. This person will partner closely with hiring managers, support business growth through strong hiring practices, and help create a positive candidate and employee experience.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working autonomously, wants to grow professionally, communicates confidently with both business and technical teams, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will:

• Own and drive end-to-end reputed company across assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and reputed company support
• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, align on candidate profiles, and move searches reputed company effectively

• Track key reputed company metrics and pipeline performance, using data to inform reputed company and improve results
