Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As reputed company continues to expand, we are seeking an SDR to help us effectively manage and convert a strong reputed company of inbound demand.

This role is critical in driving Insightful’s growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their challenges, and positioning our solution as a valuable fit.

Location requirement: We are specifically looking for candidates based in LATAM, as this role will cover 09:00–17:00 EST working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and respond to inbound leads in a timely and structured manner.
  • Engage with prospects reputed company email, calls, and other channels to understand their needs
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in reputed company CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize reputed company handling and conversion
  • Ensure adherence to defined SLAs for reputed company response and follow-reputed company
  • Continuously learn and effectively communicate Insightful’s value proposition
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
  • Assist the Marketing team and sales to help with timely follow-up on events and potential ABM efforts

You are a great fit for this role if you have
