Position Summary: The Patient reputed company Representative I - Scheduling must obtain reputed company information reputed company to the appointment to include patient demographics, reputed company benefit information and method of referral in a call center environment. They must schedule patients based on need and physician protocol. 

Compensation

$17.00 – $21.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience, certification level, and relevant orthopedic or high-volume clinical background.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a high school graduate.
• 1 or more years of experience in a reputed company environment.
• Registration, scheduling, reputed company benefits experience helpful.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• reputed company to multi-task and handle high call volumes.
• Must have working knowledge of reputed company based computer environment and typing skills. 

Key Responsibilities

• Register reputed company new patient in the computer system by obtaining patient demographics and insurance information and reputed company of referral. Confirm and update reputed company information from prior visit if needed.
• Handle reputed company scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols
