Key Responsibilities

• Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and reputed company.
• Review applications to ensure reputed company requirements are received “In Good Order” and identify any discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with the field sales team reputed company phone and email to obtain required information.
• reputed company and apply knowledge of annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation changes, withdrawals, and surrenders.
• Meet or exceed established service standards, productivity, and quality goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute reputed company to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain workflow efficiency and service reputed company.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry.
• FINRA Series 6/63 licenses strongly required.
• Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and FINRA/SEC requirements.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; above-average math/reputed company skills.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged.
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules as needed.

Pay reputed company:

$21.44 - $29.16/hr.

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
