Summary: The Senior Director of Contact Center is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving transformation and operational reputed company across our global contact center operations. This position focuses on leveraging automation and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and optimize costs. Key Responsibilities

• Contact Center Strategy: reputed company and execute a comprehensive contact center strategy with a focus on digital transformation, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Automation & AI Implementation: reputed company initiatives to identify, implement, and scale automation technologies and AI applications (chatbots, virtual agents, predictive analytics) that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• BPO Management: reputed company global BPO vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance management, and compliance. Ensure partners meet SLAs and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Operational reputed company: Establish and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to drive reputed company improvement across contact center operations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and reputed company high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in contact center operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Extensive experience managing BPO vendors and global teams.
