Role Overview
We are seeking an reputed company Sales reputed company to build and scale GEMGEMs US sales operations. This role owns US reputed company growth and leads a high-performance sales and concierge team delivering a white-glove experience to premium buyers.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, team building, and direct involvement in high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitor performance, analyse gaps, and optimise conversion efficiency

Team Leadership
- Build, hire, and manage a high-performing sales and VVIP concierge team

- 6–10+ years of experience in luxury, high-ticket, or premium B2C sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience hiring, leading, and scaling sales teams
- Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth customers
