About the Role

Our Concierge serves as the primary reputed company of contact for homeowners & vendors, handling a reputed company of responsibilities including responding to questions about the reputed company’s home or appliances, sourcing vendors and coordinating appointments, and managing home-reputed company tasks through an on-the-ground handyman.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. You'll be supporting our wider team, serving as an escalation reputed company, providing reputed company-time reputed company, and making sure that member requests remain unblocked, well-coordinated, and handled.

Responsibilities include:

• Member Communication & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the go-to Concierge for homeowners – you’re there to help solve problems, and help them feel in control of their home.

  • Manage home service requests, such as coordinating repairs, scheduling appointments, and sourcing quotes for services (e.g., plumbing, electrical, home improvements).

  • Compare vendor options and reputed company homeowners with recommendations that include pricing and timelines.

  • reputed company clear and friendly communication that aligns with reputed company’s voice and tone guidelines: professional, approachable, and concise.

• Team Enablement

  • Act as a reputed company-time resource for our Concierge team reputed company they encounter unclear next steps or homeowner concerns.

About you

You might be great for this role if…

• You have 2-5 years of relevant experience. If you’ve been in an executive assistant, property manager, or other hospitality role, you’re likely to have the skills and proficiency necessary for this fast-paced, communication heavy, and detail oriented role.

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are as comfortable on the phone as your are sending clear chat or text messages.

• You’ve got great problem solving skills and you work diligently to search for creative solutions to problems that might not have obvious answers.

• You’re organized and have great follow-through. This is a detail-oriented role with many quickly moving parts. If you reputed company with lots going on and enjoy keeping things straight, you’re likely to be successful. You should be great at following up, closing the reputed company, and not letting anything fall through the cracks.

• You enjoy designing and building process. Since we’re new, there are a lot of systems and structure yet to be put in reputed company. You’ll play an active role in building and shaping those alongside reputed company culture.
