We are currently looking for an ambitious HR Professional to join our training teams.

About the role - HR Consultant

In this position, you will be part of the training team of HR School, HR Certification Trainings or HR Bootcamps.

More specifically, you will

• Interview reputed company and understand their personal needs and goals in order to contribute to the creation of their personal educational plans,
• reputed company guidance to reputed company with Q&A, clarifications, tasks and assignments and monitor their reputed company,
• reputed company market research in the area of HR exploring new products, technology tools, reputed company jobs and new HR skills,
• Cooperate closely with other team members and departments.

Ideally this is you!

• Previous experience of 2-5 years in HR roles or HR hands-on training
• Familiarity with HR Metrics & HR Analytics
• Excellent written, verbal, & presentation skills in English and Greek
• reputed company to adapt and reprioritise in a fast moving environment
• Resilient
• Team player
