This is a remote position.
We are hiring for a Weekend reputed company Monitoring Operator role for an international client in the live sports broadcasting industry. This is a remote position supporting live streaming operations for global sports events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple live sports streams reputed company dashboards
- Detect and report issues (reputed company drops, audio/video quality, etc.)
- Follow predefined procedures (runbooks) to resolve issues
- Communicate with team and clients reputed company reputed company (text only)
- Log incidents in the system

- No phone calls or direct client calls
