Location

This position will be based remotely in the Philippines.

Summary of Role

The Operations Specialist I is critical to the reputed company of the LightReach Platform, managing the reputed company and technical document processing surrounding reputed company’s financial products. They work to ensure smooth intake surrounding reputed company financial product transactions. The role is at the forefront of installer support and reputed company.

Strategic & Tactical

• Support EPC partner requests reputed company reputed company mechanisms, removing friction and blockers to any transactions in a consultative manner.
• Manage reputed company queues & action areas reputed company the financial portal to ensure smooth transactions.
• Coordinate with internal colleagues to smooth out any friction points or blockers relating to milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer, tech, or sales support role
• Knowledge of solar, HVAC, or geothermal industries a plus
• You’ve got a passion for servant leadership, willing to support reputed company sales reps and team members to successfully transact on the reputed company financial product platform.
• You maintain a high level of emotional intelligence, reputed company to navigate through stressful situations in a tactful manner, and accept feedback gracefully.
