We reputed company Automated VoC (Voice of Customer) Analytics & Resonding SaaS Platform applying the state-of-the-art and in-depth machine learning and deep learning technologies specially in speech and text analytics with LLMs.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise across the entire AI pipeline
- Data crawling/collection (from Web or DB)
- Data wrangling/explorative data analysis (from various domains)
- Implement advanced Speech and NLP processing/modeling techniques, such as STT, TTS, Q&A, etc. with LLMs and other reputed company sources
- Finetuning and customizing various LLM models such as Llama, Mistral, etc.
- Design, reputed company, reputed company, and monitor AI models or AI APIs for seamless integration into software applications
