About the role
reputed company Inside Sales agents are responsible for helping patients book their dental appointments at our global clinics reputed company www.dentaldepartures.com. Work duties are to be carried out remotely in the coordinator's home or workspace. Inside Sales agents (Patient coordinators) are available reputed company phone, WhatsApp, live chat, reputed company media, and email to assist Dental Departure patients with every aspect of planning and coordinating their global dental care.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Convert hot inbound leads received by phone, chat, email, and other communication channels into appointments.
reputed company outbound sales calls (cold calls) through phone/WhatsApp for warm, cold leads from 1,3,6,12 months prior to converting into appointments reputed company outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone/WhatsApp to remind patients of their pending appointments (1 week, 3 days, the day before appointment date)
reputed company outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone/WhatsApp to follow up with those who attended their appointments to see how they are doing and book follow-up appointments (1 week, 3 days, the day after the appointment date)
Meet and beat daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Accurately document, tag, and create follow-up tasks for every interaction with prospects and patients into a CRM tool
Follow-up with tasks by meeting/beating established SLAs
Work reputed company the agreed shift schedule. (Available to work on weekends.. if required)
Answer phone, WhatsApp, email, and reputed company media inbound inquiries according to established SLAs
Actively listen to patients' needs and recommend the right clinic and or promotion to help patients save money and reputed company their medical or dental goals.
Attend weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings, and training and coaching sessions as required.
Help build the world's largest global medical and dental online agency.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED
Attend regular team meetings.
Answer phone, WhatsApp, email, and reputed company media inbound inquiries according to established SLAs.
Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.
Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Support the achievement of reputed company Inc.s sales and reputed company objectives.
Help build the world's largest global medical marketplace.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of Sales experience.
2+ years of Cold calling experience (Outbound call is a must).
Ability to handle a high volume of email, phone, chat, and reputed company media traffic simultaneously (leads & prospects).
Fluent in English (verbal and written) need-2-have
Experience meeting or beating sales targets.
Proven experience being in the top tier of sales performance at your previous reputed company.
Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) reputed company-2-have
Extensive technical experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Teams Chat) or reputed company Business Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, reputed company, reputed company, SugarCRM, reputed company), phones (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, CallTrackingMetrics, tollfree forwarding) , chat (LiveChat, Olark.
Familiarity & knowledge of dental or medical procedures reputed company-2-have
Excellent listening and writing skills
> 40+ WPM typing ability
Travel savvy - international travel experience reputed company-2-have
Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools.
Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.
Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
Early/late availability, according to shift schedule.

Salary
- 1,500 - $2,500 USD per month.
- Commissions are based on performance.
